Bio
Ty Colgate is a New York based comedian and content creator known for the juxtaposition between his upper-class appearance, and his rowdy, Floridian childhood. Toeing the line between two worlds, he pairs his energetic stage presence with biting satire and misdirection at every turn.
Ty Colgate has performed at storied venues across three continents including Union Chapel (London), Melbourne Recital Centre (Australia), Teatro Manzoni (Milan), Punch Line (San Francisco & Sacramento), and many more. He’s also performed at festivals of all sizes such as Netflix is a Joke, Nashville, Fountain City, Look out, and Asheville. He’s a regular opener for Gianmarco Soresi, and has featured for large-name acts such as Mike Falzone, Morgan Jay, and Sasheer Zamata. He’s also won an Emmy! (for his work at the Weather Channel, but still.)
